What we're looking for

The Account Lead is responsible for all aspects of a client’s business, acts as the primary point of contact, and team lead. This includes executing account plans, delivering smart media solutions, and the integration of all services offered by Noise Digital. The account lead acts as the intermediary between the client and Noise’s production team during projects.

What you'll do

  • Acts as the key point of contact for owned client relationships. Coordinates weekly meetings with the producer, clients and agency partners during projects.
  • Qualifies client requests, gathers additional information when needed and manages timelines and expectations with each request.
  • Anticipates and resolves client issues before they arise and communicates solutions that address or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Assists in brand strategy, media briefings, and executing account plans. Leverages the technology and strategy teams to add value to the client relationship.
  • Champions the quality and accuracy of all agency outputs to client by reviewing major client deliverables, checking for brand consistency and overall quality.
  • Shares ideas with internal teams and on-boards new opportunities that will benefit the client.
  • Detailed financial management leading to business profitability and embraces Noise’s culture and vision by supporting data-driven solutions for clients.
  • Maintains monthly timesheet entry information and accuracy for the client to review. This includes collaborating with the producer to ensure campaign pacing is in line with the scope of work.
  • Delivers strong communication internally and externally, and fosters teamwork coupled with control of many delegated tasks.

What you'll need to bring

  • 3-4 years of experience working as an AccountManager in professional marketing, advertising, and/or digital agency. Travel& Tourism marketing related experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate understanding of the digital marketing landscape and programmatic advertising.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing, psychology, etc.).
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong verbal/written skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of media specific terminology and digital metrics, corresponding data, and their implication on planning efforts.
  • Ability to comprehend financial documentation, including the ability to understand budgets and forecasts within the context of client projects and campaigns.
  • Intermediate computer and digital literacy skills (Microsoft Windows / Apple OSX, Microsoft Office, Internet/Web, SocialMedia, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Intermediate presentation skills - comfortable participating in and leading client meetings.
