The Account Manager owns client relationships, executes account plans, and acts as the intermediary between clients and Noise’s Production team during projects.
What you'll do
Accounts / Client Relationship
Acts as the key point of contact for owned client relationships.
Champions the client to internal teams.
Documents all client and partner agency interactions and manages all client relation documents and information
Coordinates and leads weekly meetings with clients and agency partners during projects.
Intermediate ability to qualify client requests, gathering additional qualifying information when needed.
Meets with clients and agency partners on a regular basis and introduces them to other team members as required through the integrated process.
Assists in executing account plans.
Leverages the strategic, creative and technology team to add value to the client relationship.
Books and coordinates briefs, agency collaboration meetings and presentations and plans and delivers appropriate information for those meetings.
Begins to deliver insights into current strategy, media plans, and consumer and channel trends to agency and clients.
Reviews all reports before sending to clients and provides insights that could be useful.
Champions the quality and accuracy of all agency outputs to client by reviewing and auditing major client deliverables, checking for brand consistency and overall quality.
Is able to escalate opportunities, challenges or issues to project or account plans before they arise and escalates them to the Business Lead, Producer, Client, or Agency Partner appropriately.
Administration
Provides professional services including routing all incoming/outgoing office traffic involving, clients, suppliers, building management personnel, and other visitors in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
Manages office mail and coordination of courier services.
Opens and closes the office, ensuring that office security is maintained at all times.
Orders office and kitchen supplies, ensuing the supplies are replenished before running out.
Reconcile and manage petty cash for office.
What you'll need to bring
2 years of experience working as an Account Manager in a professional marketing, advertising, and/or digital agency.
Intermediate understanding of the marketing landscape.
Marketing and sales experience is desirable.
Post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing, psychology, etc.).
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate knowledge of media specific terminology and digital metrics, corresponding data, and their implication on planning efforts.
Ability to comprehend financial documentation, including the ability to understand budgets and forecasts within the context of client projects and campaigns.
Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective and cooperative relationships with a wide array of personalities and team members. Displays conscientiousness and service towards others.
Gives and receives feedback in a constructive manner.
Intermediate computer and digital literacy skills (Microsoft Windows / Apple OSX, Microsoft Office,Internet/Web, Social Media).
Intermediate presentation skills — comfortable participating in and occasionally leading client and media meetings.
