What we're looking for

Work with Noise’s cross-functional team to successfully deliver data & analytics solutions for our clients through the development and implementation of highly effective tracking strategies.

What you'll do

  1. Set up Google Analytics accounts, views, dashboards, filtering & goals following industry best practices
  2. Utilize Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics to set up detailed event tracking
  3. Implement & architect Google Tag Manager for various website setups
  4. Set up initial implementation of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics for new clients
  5. Compile data from various sources into cohesive & comprehensive custom reports
  6. Develop scalable & repeatable Google Analytics implementation methods, & troubleshoot & solve data issues
  7. Comprehensively present historical & current performance statistics/data to clients and management from Google Analytics & other analytics sources
  8. Gather & interpret analytics data relating to marketing initiatives, product performance & customer experience
  9. Assist Strategy and Media team members in building narratives from raw data
  10. Create & manage tracking codes across multiple websites & platforms
  11. Develop automated reports &/or dashboards for various data inputs
  12. Assist with multiple ongoing reporting activities
  13. Assist in developing actionable insights from data that is collected
  14. Assist leadership with a range of high-level tasks
  15. Actively contribute to the company’s goals & strategies 

Team & Education:

  • Attend regularly scheduled office meetings and developmental activities
  • Attend regular 1:1 meetings with your manager
  • Develop and implement processes, procedures and best practices
  • Educate Strategy and Media teams on Tagging and Analytics solutions and implementation best practices

What you'll need to bring

A bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Advertising is preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • Expert level experience in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager. Adobe Analytics and Adobe DTM experience is not mandatory but preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience in a digital advertising environment
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Strong knowledge of web-based languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker and other visualization platforms
  • Prior Experience with the Google Marketing Platform including Campaign Manager, Google Ads and DV 360 will be highly regarded
  • Critical Thinker, you are a self-starter with strong design & conceptual skills
  • Analytical mindset with an extreme attention to detail
  • Strong organizational & project management skills
