What we're looking for

Noise Digital is a leader in data-driven & personalized digital marketing. We are looking for a Data-driven leader with proven experience in applying data-driven and fact-based reasoning to guide the development and execution of advertising and marketing strategies for clients. Specifically, we are aiming to use segmentation, analytics, statistical modeling methodologies and performance insight techniques to maximize the ROI of marketing and advertising across offline and digital channels. We seek entrepreneurial individuals with a background in business and marketing performance analysis and a passion for translating data into actionable insight.

As a senior member of the Noise Strategy team, this role will be exposed to digital display advertising, search marketing, social media, site analytics, consumer insights, analytics, and market/audience segmentation across multiple brands and industry verticals.

What you'll do

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide support to campaign, content or business strategy design and implementation and delivering actionable insight to the client.
  • Leveraging personalization and automation to help clients build effective and efficient communication plans
  • Work efficiently with Noise team members and partners to define, extract, and synthesize available data and share results and insight in an understandable and digestible way.
  • Glean actionable insights to support in-market campaign optimization
  • Analyze scenarios to assess the before/after impacts of target market selection, media choice and allocation on client’s business performance
  • Analyzing customer data to identify motivations, moments/journeys, and important areas of segmentation
  • Assist with developing and measuring marketing stimuli (A/B and multi-variant) test results in collaboration with strategy, creative, media, and technology teams to build robust marketing and advertising strategies and in-market programs for clients.
  • Developing Success Measurement Frameworks, designed to ensure all marketing activations the agency produces have a direct line to our clients’ business objectives.
  • Design & Manage integrated analytics strategy/approach across client brands to create measurement frameworks that synthesize large amounts of data (attitudinal and behavioral) to accurately deliver on client’s business objectives.
  • Collaborating with paid media strategist/planners to create integrated plans.
  • Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior client partners
  • Writing briefs to other strategists and paid media specialists
  • Auditing client marketing practices for opportunities to optimize thinking, process, and tools
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency across the agency and business
  • Maintaining a view across all lines of the clients business to identify new opportunities
  • Developing strategies to help our client effectively communicate with their customers
  • Working across a variety of industry verticals
  • Supporting new business pitch opportunities

What you'll need to bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or other quantitative discipline
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a professional services environment: management consulting, market research, advertising, or interactive/technology consulting
  • Experience with web analytics tools and social listening tools.
  • Experience with the Google suite: Google Analytics, google tag Manager, Google Marketing Platform.
  • Must have a minimum 3-years advertising agency experience
  • Fluent in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting. Experience automating routine Excel tasks using macros/VBA is a plus.
  • Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to Client teams and internal teams in an easy and understandable way.
  • Experience working on owned channel communication plans (email, app, website, mail)  
  • Strong understanding of quantitative research methods & analysis
  • Strong understanding of experimental design & testing
  • Performance measurement design knowledge
  • Familiarity with experience design thinking and user journey mapping
  • Interest in doing the work and teaching our clients how to do the work  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with rapid and shifting timelines
  • Passion to learn, work hard and collaborate
