What we're looking for

Noise Digital is a performance marketing company that leverages the power of data and technology to help brands sell more products and services. We work innovative with brands like Destination BC, Whirlpool, UBC, Metrolinx and A&W as well as DTC start-ups. We are looking for an Agency Marketing and PR Manager to elevate the agency’s brand through smart PR and Marketing initiatives. This role will report into the Director of Business Development and support new business initiatives.

Our preferred candidate has strong communication skills and the ability to develop presentation decks. They must have a passion for all things Digital — strategy, media, ad-tech and marketing — and feel comfortable speaking with new customers about how digital technology can transform their company and create new revenue streams.

We are open to the location of the candidate, but being located in Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto, or Vancouver is ideal.

What you'll do

  • Identify new client opportunities.
  • Develop case studies and organize pitch material
  • Develop whitepapers that promote the agency’s positioning and industry thought leadership
  • Find and coordinate opportunities for Noise specialists to speak at relevant events.
  • Lead PR initiatives to elevate the Noise brand. Outreach to relevant industry publications
  • Manage the Noise social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Website)
  • Develop an Outreach Strategy, supported by the Director of Business Development (e.g. email program, LinkedIn Strategy, PR initiatives)
  • Manage technology partnerships and social channels.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, RFPs, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinating the RFPs and proposal writing process with the internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment. 
  • Submit quotations and requests for activation to suppliers. 
  • Help to maintain the sales pipeline, flag status updates and help to mitigate the blockers. 
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Managing internal documentation, version control and archiving. 
  • Working closely with Client Service teams to implement growth strategies for existing accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

What you'll need to bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, PR or a related field.
  • Graduate or 1 –2 years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  • Can develop compelling and well-designed presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
